Jilibrt Terms & Conditions — Membership, Betting & Gaming Policies Explained

1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the jilibrt platform ("Platform", "we", "jilibrt") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the jilibrt.app website and all associated services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Jilibrt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised and a notification will be sent to your registered email or phone number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive text.
• If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on jilibrt, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and able to legally prove it.
• You must not be located in any region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• Accurate and up-to-date information is required at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or Passport may be requested for account verification.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal. Required documents include: a National ID/Passport, a utility bill (as proof of address), and verification of your payment method. Without completed KYC, deposits are allowed but withdrawals will not be processed.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing typically takes 1–24 hours. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Third-party bank fees may apply — jilibrt is not responsible for any such charges.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jilibrt offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own terms and conditions that must be read before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you agree to its applicable terms.

How Wagering Requirements Work

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — for example, "30x". This means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus before any winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots at 100%, live games at 20%).

5 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed — please review carefully before placing.
• A maximum of 15 legs can be added to an accumulator bet.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an error is found in the odds, jilibrt reserves the right to void or amend the affected bet.

Live Betting

Odds may change rapidly during in-play betting and are not guaranteed until a bet is accepted. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.

6 Gaming Policy

All games on jilibrt use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology verified by independent third-party auditors. Every game outcome is entirely random and independent of previous or future rounds.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the session will be resumed — jilibrt is fully responsible for any resulting loss.

• If your internet connection drops during a live game and you have an active bet on that round, the outcome will be determined according to the record on the game server.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilibrt platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Participating in match fixing or any attempt to dishonestly influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Renting or selling your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.

8 Responsible Gaming Commitment

Jilibrt believes gaming is about enjoyment — not stress or financial loss. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set from Account Settings.
• Cool-off mode: 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Takes effect immediately for a minimum period of 6 months.
